Meet Chef Jason C. Wilson:

I am a James Beard Award winning Chef and Restauranteur that has landed in the Methow Valley, WA where I am a Managing Partner with my wife at Casia Lodge & Ranch in Twisp WA. My passion for fly fishing has led me to develop a guiding, teaching and outfitting arm to our Lodge. I have fished the methow over 120 days a year for the past three years and have explored much the of WA state trout and steelhead rivers for the 25+ years I resided in Seattle.

Jason's thoughts of Gatti Fly Rods:

Gatti Fly Rods have become the pinnacle casting experience for me. My first exposure to Gatti was designing an 11 ft 6wt rod for euro nymphing Steelhead, which proved to be rewarding. I am fortunate enough to have casted the 4,5,and 6 wt rods for all sizes of trout in all types of river conditions. The rods are incredibly responsive, handle massive amounts of line with ease, improve my mending and line control and fight fish like a lightning bolt. Gatti is the finest rod I have had to hand.
